How do I place an order?
You can place an order in the following ways:
1. Online
Our website offers a quick and easy way for you to find and order the products you need. You can use the main search bar on our website to search for products.
Once you've added all the items you'd like to your cart, follow the steps in the check-out process to complete your order. You can directly use your credit card to pay or pay via purchasing order (PO). If you use PO to place your order online, please also send the (PO) to orders@kactusbio.us.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and the order will be dispatched either the same day or the next day if available in our US warehouse. Otherwise, the order will arrive in approximately 2 weeks. If you have questions about product availability, please contact orders@kactusbio.us.
2. E-procurement
You may directly send the PO to orders@kactusbio.us and we will place the order in our system. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3. Via Distributors (only in specific countries)
You can also reach our distributor in your country to place the order. Our distributor list is located here.
